Maximum occupancy
The condo can accommodate 2 people. The master bedroom is "En Suite" with a queen bed while the guest bedroom has 2 single beds.

Check in time: 4:00 PM / Check out time: 10:00 AM.
About housekeeping
As a self-cattering rental, you take care of the housekeeping during your stay. However, a cleaning service may be possible on request. Please feel free to ask for availability and rate for this service.
About the content
The property is equipped and furnished. However, personal and cleaning products are not included. That said, it happens that some items are left behind by the people who preceded your stay. You can do the same when you leave.
Phone calls
Long distance calls made in USA and Canada are free. Calling cards have to be used for International calls.
Assistance in case of need or emergency
Additional information is provided at the time of booking. Full documentation is available on site. A person who lives nearby assumes an emergency service when I am not in the area.
Pet policy
Pets are not accepted.

Smoking is not permitted in this property (including the lanai and the garage)
