The CONDO

The condo is part of seven buildings of 4 units each and is more like a townhouse than a condo.
The unit is located on the ground floor allowing easy access and an exceptional view from all rooms; whether it is the golf course, the lake or nature.
It is a 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms condo which can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
It is located directly in front of the swimming pool and a few steps from the club house, the putting green, driving range and tennis courts.
The kitchen is fully equipped, linen and towels are provided. Please note that personal products such as shampoo, lotions and cleaning products are not included.

The AREA

Ridgewood Lakes Golf and Country Club is a residential area overlooking many lakes and protected areas and is rich in tropical species.
Although the area is very safe, the community is man gated 24/7.
Close from attraction parks, there are all the necessary services in the vicinity, whether it is restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, medical clinics or shops.
Note that some areas of Ridgewood Lakes are Del Webb certified.
