• $2225 / month

 

Cleaning fee

• A $125 cleaning fee applies for any stay.

 

Security Deposit

• A security deposit of $500 is required before the stay and is returned after departure according to inspection

 

Payment Terms

• A non-refundable 5% (minimum $100) deposit is required to proceed with booking

• Balance plus 12% tax is required 30 days before the stay if less than one month

• $500 security deposit required 2 weeks prior the stay

• Payment is normally made by Paypal or credit card but other terms can be considered depending on the country. Transfer fees, if any, are always tenant's responsability.

 

Minimum Stay

• December - April : 4 months

• May - November : 1 month

Cancellation policy

• In all cases, booking deposit is not refundable.

• If the cancellation takes place more than 30 days prior the stay and the payment has already been made, amount will be refunded as well as the security deposit, if any.

• If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the stay, the refund may be possible only if the property can be rented again. The security deposit is refunded.

 

Travel and liability insurance

It is strongly recommended to subscribe to a travel insurance policy since no refund is granted for any reason beyond the owner's control (bad weather, flight cancellations, illness, etc.). ​

 

It is important to ensure that your home insurance covers your liability for the short term rental of a property.
